On March 11th, the Indonesian Business Council (IBC) held a high-level dialogue with AIIB President Jin Liqun and his delegation during their visit to Jakarta. The discussion focused on “Promoting Public-Private Partnerships to Realize Asta Cita and Indonesia’s National Medium-Term Development Plan 2025-2029.”
IBC and AIIB explored private sector alignment with President Prabowo’s Asta Cita agenda, emphasizing economic diversification and AI-driven human resource development. Arsjad Rasjid highlighted the need for greater private sector participation.
Key topics included renewable energy, energy transition, and Asia’s geopolitical role, along with healthcare and human development. IBC will now review 77 National Strategic Projects, selecting 33 for potential private sector investment, to be discussed in an upcoming meeting with AIIB.
