IBC Champions Skilled Workforce Development in Partnership with Ministry of Migrant Workers Protection

On 7 November 2025, IBC met with Minister of Migrant Workers Protection Mukhtarudin to strengthen collaboration on empowering Indonesia's migrant workforce, in line with President Prabowo's commitment to supporting Indonesian workers abroad.

The Ministry of P2MI affirmed its readiness to partner with IBC in training 500,000 skilled workers, including welders, hospitality staff, and caregivers. IBC CEO Dr. Sofyan A. Djalil welcomed the initiative and reaffirmed IBC's commitment to supporting the government's vision through conceptual and advocacy support in a collaboration expected to expand global employment opportunities for Indonesia's skilled workforce.
