IBC is community partner of the ASEAN-Indo-Pacific Forum held in Jakarta, 5-6 September 2023 as part of the 43rd ASEAN Summit. IBC organized networking luncheon as side event to connect policy makers, state representatives of ASEAN and Indo-Pacific, as well as business leaders, academics, and media.

Founder of Think Policy Andhyta F. Utami spoke about the need for a policy that provide incentives for private actors to invest more in climate action. While Aldi Haryopratomo, Co-Founder/Commissioner of Efishery, Halodoc, Kitabisa & Gopay, proposed a collaborative framework to boost innovation in ASEAN and to be keep up with global competition.

Distinguished Fellow of Asia Research Institute Prof. Kishore Mahbubani argued that ASEAN as the most successful regional organization has demonstrated political competence and will benefit from the Indo-Pacific integration. The speech was part of IBC – ASEAN-Indo-Pacific Forum Networking Luncheon in Jakarta, 6 September 2023.
