The Indonesian Business Council (IBC) and the Business Council of Canada (BCC) have signed an MoU to advance cooperation under the Indonesia-Canada Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (ICA-CEPA). The partnership will foster joint initiatives, research, and policy recommendations to boost trade and investment, while opening opportunities in key sectors such as critical minerals, clean technology, digital trade, and MSME empowerment. With negotiations concluded and a signing expected in early 2025, both countries are committed to building resilient, diversified, and mutually beneficial economic growth.
