IBC Panel of Expert Meeting 2026

Entering its third year, the Indonesian Business Council held its first Panel of Experts Meeting in 2026 on 23 June 2026 to gather views, perspectives, and strategic input in support of IBC’s research direction and policy recommendations. The meeting brought together IBC’s Panel of Experts, Management, and Board Members to reflect on the organization’s progress over the past three years and discuss priorities for the year ahead.

IBC Management presented key milestones, including IBC Outlook, Indonesia Economic Summit, policy dialogues, international engagements, and ongoing efforts to strengthen evidence-based advocacy between the private sector and government. The discussion also covered IBC’s 2026 agenda, research priorities, policy engagement, member participation, and preparations toward the Indonesia Economic Summit 2027.

The Panel of Experts provided input on how IBC can strengthen its role as a credible platform for private sector perspectives. Key points included the need to prioritize effective advocacy channels, focus research on issues with clear policy impact, and ensure that recommendations remain practical, data-driven, and relevant to current economic challenges.
