The Indonesia Economic Summit (IES) 2026, held on February 3-4 in Jakarta, brought together over 1,000 participants to discuss Indonesia’s economic challenges and opportunities. Under the theme “Boosting Resilient Growth and Shared Prosperity”, the summit focused on strengthening Indonesia’s position as a regional economic hub by enhancing productivity, attracting investment, and improving workforce skills to address global challenges like AI and climate change. Key highlights included the launch of the Indonesia City Investment Accelerator (ICIA) and the B57+ Asia-Pacific chapter, both aimed at fostering business cooperation and advancing sustainable finance.
