On July 30, 2025, the Indonesian Business Council (IBC), in partnership with Bain & Company, convened an exclusive forum titled “Private Equity Lessons for Indonesian CEOs and Corporates” in Jakarta. Participants explored how Indonesian corporates can unlock new growth through private equity—via strategic exits, acquisitions, and partnerships.
