On 5 February 2025, the Indonesian Business Council (IBC) brought together distinguished Indonesian entrepreneurs and government leaders to discuss the critical need to upskill the Indonesian workforce to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving sustainable economy landscape. The conversation, led by Vice-Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Stella Christie and Pandu Sjahrir, Founding Partner at AC Ventures and current Chief Investment Officer of Danantara Indonesia and moderated by Nadia Habibe, specifically examined how Indonesia can foster a new generation of green talent, bridge the gap between education and industry needs, and prepare future leaders with the skills required to drive the country’s sustainable growth agenda.
